My favorite part about iComp is that every day I get to talk with business owners and executives about their businesses. Whether it be about successes or struggles they are going through it is always great to engage and share stories. I also have a wonderful team around me that I get to work closely with every day. They are constantly looking for ways to make the lives of our clients easier. They do this with joy, energy and passion that is second to none. I truly am blessed.
Outside of trying to run and grow iComp I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. We boat and fish as often as the MN weather allows. It’s also not uncommon for us to be outside with friends and neighbors where spontaneous games get started and lots of laughs are had.
My favorite part about working at iComp is that my co-workers are great and we all work in a fun, caring environment. I love working with all of my clients and being able to help make their jobs easier. iComp always presents new challenges and since the payroll world is ever evolving, so are we. There is never a dull day at iComp!
Away from the office I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Second to that, my husband and I are both hard core gaming nerds. MMORPGs, Magic the Gathering, board games, card games, Playstation, Nintendo, you name it, we’ve probably played it. We’ve been playing World of Warcraft for almost 15 years and have met some amazing people through gaming, including each other.
My favorite part about working at iComp is the fellowship with my teammates, the rapport with my clients and the feeling that everyone is invested in iComp’s success!
My favorite things to do when I am away from work are spend time with my family, DIY projects, online shop and eat ice cream (Ben & Jerry’s-half-baked)!
My favorite part of working at iComp is working with a team of people that truly cares about each other. My priority is to make our office a fun place to be, so I am often the person that is looking for hats signs or other ways to make us laugh.
I feel fortunate that my job also gives me the flexibility to enjoy my true passion in life, my family. After hours you’ll fine me chasing after two busy kids and planning my husband’s next home improvement project.

Away from the office my favorite things do are really anything outdoors – hiking, kayaking, running, skiing, traveling. DIY crafting, watching hockey and soccer games – my kids are my favorite players.

A few of my favorite things to do in my spare time are reading, painting, playing the piano and hanging out with my family at the cabin.
My favorite part about iComp is the welcoming environment and the people I get to work with and learn from. No two days are the same which keeps me on my toes. The office has the perfect balance of work and fun which makes it a place I look forward to going to every day!
Outside of work I enjoy staying active by going on walks or working out at the gym. I spend a lot of time with my family going up north or getting together for dinner. When I’m not on the move, I spend my time cooking and watching reality tv.
My favorite part about iComp has to be the team and people that I get to work with. I interviewed with a few companies in the SaaS space, and no one had the connection that was evident with iComp in those interviews. Also, after doing research and looking at the reviews from clients, I knew that we could provide some of the best personalized and local service to small and mid-sized businesses! It was an easy decision to join the team!
Outside of work, I love to spend time with family and friends at parks, sporting events (especially Gopher football), and trying out new restaurants with my wife, Paige, and newborn son, Caleb! Also, I enjoy coaching football at Northfield High School and volunteering at youth football camps across the cities.
My favorite part about iComp is how friendly and welcoming my peers and supervisor are. I truly look forward to going to work every day! iComp provides me with the work-life balance that I have always dreamt of having!
Outside of work you will find me with my family for game nights or with my long-time friends for crafting getaways.
